1. Do you make all the items yourself?
  Yes, with care and love too!

2. When do you add new designs/items?
   It depends on my work, school load, & amount of custom orders.

3. Do you take orders from other countries?
  Yes, please feel free to e-mail me, and I can send you an invoice of the new price. If you would like to know the shipping and handling fee prior, please let me know which items you are interested in for me to give you the correct estimate price.

4. Why did you switch your shop to Etsy?
  That is a very good question! I have found that Etsy has more client base for handmade products than the huge world wide web! Items may be found there, but you can still find me here.

5. Do I have to sign up for Etsy in order to purchase items from you?
  You do not have to sign up for Etsy if you do not want to. Just send me an e-mail [ni.chern.designs@gmail.com], and I can send you an invoice. Then we can go from there.

6. I am allergic to rabbits.
  I am also allergic to most animals, so, I completely understand. But just so that you know, my rabbit is not allowed into my studio where I make the items. She is also not allowed to be near any fabric when they are brought home from stores and when they are being packaged. I even change my clothes before I start making any items.
