To order through Ni-Chern Designs is super easy! Credit cards are through paypal, and you do not even have to have a paypal account! Since my shop is through Etsy now, if you rather not sign up for Etsy, please feel free to let me know the items you would like to purchase and I will send you an invoice.

I recycle as much as possible. Most of the time, I reuse shipping boxes and packaging materials.  If you have a preference on me not reusing shipping boxes, please let me know.

Exchanges & Returns:
I stand behind all of my work! Satisfaction is guaranteed. If you are not happy with your item, send it back for the purchase price, minus the shipping fees.

If you want to return an item. Please return the item in its original condition within 10 days of receiving the item. All refunds will be in the form of paypal or if you'd prefer, something in my shop of equal dollar value.  If the item does not come back in the original condition (such as dirt, stains, torn, etc), I will charge a 50% re-making/re-stocking/toss fee.

If the box is damaged when it arrived to your address, please save everything, as well as take pictures of the damaged box, and I will file a claim with the post office.
